  1. Owner Compensation (Equal Project-Based Distribution)

    • Description: All three owners will receive equal compensation based on project revenue, maintaining a lean, equitable approach in the early stages.
    • Impact: Ensures fair distribution of income while aligning compensation directly with project success, keeping costs manageable as the business grows.
  2. Reinvestment Fund for Expansion

    • Description: A set percentage of all revenue will be allocated back into the business to fund growth initiatives, such as hiring, infrastructure upgrades, or marketing efforts.
